How do members sign up for my Channel?

Once you've created your Channel, you can start promoting it to get members signed up to join.

1. Share your Channel link (e.g., https://channel.marcopolo.me/-/your-business). Important: Before downloading the Channels app, members will have to join via your Channel link.

2. When they follow your link, members will see your landing page and be able to sign up with their name, email, phone number, and credit card information. 

3. After registering for your Channel via your Channel link, members can download the Marco Polo Channels App (this is a separate app from Marco Polo) on an iOS or Android phone device. 

4. Members can begin viewing your Channel content on the launch date.

5. If members sign up before your launch date, there will be a $1 preauthorization charge to their credit card, which is refunded within several days. 

6. Members will be charged accordingly:

    • Monthly: not until launch date
    • One-time fee: charged upon registration

What if I am handling billing and member management?

Once a member has paid you for access to your Channel:
