2. Read a few case studies to learn about how other leaders have set up their Channels. 
3. Check out our series of quick Channels best practices videos, which dive deeper into specific topics such as how to record an effective welcome message and how to build community in your Channel. 
4. Create your Channel. When you do, you'll have the option of adding by-request features like:
   • The Extras tab
   • The Q&A feature
5. Find out how to successfully promote your Channel.
6. Create your welcome video.
7. Record the first post in your Channel.
8. Launch your Channel and celebrate!
