Troubleshooting payout activation with Stripe

Channels and Experts by Marco Polo use - the world leader in payment processing - to help facilitate payments from members to you as a channel leader / expert. Before new members can join your Channel or Service, though, your Stripe account must be activated. 

Sometimes, Stripe will require additional verification such as photo of your driver's license before they can process payouts to you. Until this activation is complete, members can't join your channel / service and you will not be paid. 
If your Stripe account is not activated, you can follow these steps:
  1. Login into
  2. Enter your registered mobile number. We'll then text you a 6-digit PIN. 
  3. Enter the mobile PIN
  4. Tap Dashboard
  5. Tap Payments
  6. Tap Visit Stripe Dashboard 
  7. Follow any additional instructions Stripe requests of you to complete your account activation. 
  8. Check your email inbox for a mail from Stripe with an update on your account activation status.
